I was wondering if anyone here knows of a good place to sell hair? Online is preferred, but anywhere is fine. I'm new to the idea and really don't know where to start or who is trustworthy.

I'll be spending about two and a half weeks in Germany in August - mainly in Berlin and Greifswald. I'll arrive in the Tegel airport in Berlin on the 12th, and will be heading towards Greifswald the next day. I'd love to find a hostel for that one night as close to the Hauptbahnhof as possible so that it'd be easy for me to jump on the train the next morning. Do you have any suggestions?

Do any of you other long-hairs find that your hair picks up a lot of ... junk?

It feels like my hair picks up smells very quickly (everything from smoke to food to cleaners to the smell of my workplace). And every time I brush or comb it, there's a TON of dust and various little things. I sometimes brush out itty bitty bits of paper, lint, cat fur, and even once a staple.

I feel like that kid from Peanuts with the dusty blanket! Is this normal or am I just messy? =)

So I was in a pretty epic bike wreck this weekend, and long story short, I had a ton of blood in my hair. I was not looking forward to washing it at all (length+pain) but the ER doctor said the secret was to put a ton of KY jelly in your hair, work it in, and then wait 15 minutes, then shampoo as usual. It worked like a dream! Has anyone heard of this before? What's the science behind it? Was it "bad" for my hair? Any insight would be great.

Hei, sanoin juuri kiitos mutta ei kiitos huoneelle omalla kylppärillä (poreamme) ja vaatehuoneella. Vuokra oli 530e eli ihan siedettävä, mutta pelkäsin, etten saa oikeaa kokemusta siellä asuessani. Että jotenkin unohdun sinne, poreammeeseeni. Ja muutenkin, tahtoisin kai kuitenkin kokeilla kommuunielämää. Minulla on kuitenkin tieto, että voisin saada pienen kalustetun huoneen alta 300 euron, mikä tarkoittaa, että mulla jäis elämiseen opintukikokonaan ja stipendistäkin tosi suuri osa + kaikki säästöt jäis sitten matkustamiseen ja kaikkeen extraan.
Olenko outo? Olen sanonut ei jo kahdelle ihan sopivalle kämpälle :D

Irtisanouduin töistä. Viimeinen töissäolo päivä on 21. elokuuta, lennän 25. päivä aamulla. Töitä on mukavat lähemmäs 30 tuntia viikossa heti loman jälkeen. Lähtöön menessä minulla toivottavasti on kämppä tiedossa - jos ei ole, varaillaan hostelleja. Ajatus ottaa mukaan vain rinkallinen tavaraa houkuttaa. Vaatteet, kaikenkarvainen elektroniikka ja minä.

Musta on toisaalta hienoa ja ällistyttävää miten psyykeeni toimii. Psyykkinen itsesäätely toimii - ainakin joinain hetkinä. Alitajuntani osaa varautua kun itse olen liian kiireinen. Kirjoitan parhaillani - olen kirjoittanu jo pari viikkoa - puhetta veljeni häihin ja tajusin, että olen niin onnekas kun minulla on tuollainen perhe. Hienoa tietää, että maailmassa on seitsemän ihmistä - enemmänkin - jotka rakastaa mua ihan tämmösenä kuin olen ja on hyväksyny mut.


Reality checkit on ihania, kun niiden jälkeen taivas on sinisempi, tunteet aidompia ja kaikki hyvin.

This is absolutely not a competition, but who has the longest hair (what is the longest length) on this community?  Has anyone reached ankle length?  Floor length?  Beyond???
